Utility Billing and Collections
The Faison Town Hall accepts payments for all utility (water, sewer, & garbage) fees during the normal hours of town operation. A convenient drop box is available for after hours.
Methods of payment can include cash or check; or for your convenience, we can set up a bank draft for your account for automatic payment.
Important Note: Bills are due the 21st of each month. Failure to pay will result in a $10 late penalty. Failure to receive a bill does not relieve the customer of late fees and/or penalties.
Disconnects
Disconnects are done on the 5th of each month. An additional $25 disconnect fee will be added to the customer’s bill, regardless of whether the service has actually been turned off. All past due and present bills, including penalties, must be paid before services can be restored. Sorry, but no second notice can be sent.
