About Public Works
Public Works consist of Public Works Director Jimmy Tyndall, Larry West, Billy Mello, Kendrick Faison, and Nick Byrant. The Public Works Department’s chief responsibilities are maintaining the town’s water and sewer systems, town streets and storm drainage systems. The Public Works crew repairs water line breaks, installs new water and sewer lines, clears sewage problems, installs water and sewer taps, locates underground water and sewer lines for public utilities by request and reads residential and commercial water meters.
Animal Control
Animal Control Officer Jimmy Tyndall enforces the town’s animal control ordinance, protecting citizens by removing stray and dangerous animals from our neighborhood. Faison’s Public Works Hours of Operation are: Monday Through Friday: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
